Job Duties:

  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel;
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program;
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all personnel
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and/or
  • 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates:

  • PHR (preferred)
