Job Duties:
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel;
Develops and maintains affirmative action program;
Conducts recruitment effort for all personnel
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and/or
3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates:
PHR (preferred)
